An initial step in the design process. Product design sketches. We will make conceptual sketches on paper before we plan on the computer. Through the sketches we will produce general ideas and understand what we are going to do. The sketches, beyond being intuitive, emphasize different usage scenarios. A preliminary mapping that tells us where each pocket is located, buckles and supports will appear on paper in the next work stage. We begin to understand the sketches in depth. The image of the product becomes clear. Using the sketches we will examine folding ideas and even get a general idea of two-dimensional layout.

Primary product model. Model number 1 of the series for testing purposes. From here, we will conduct a chronological process of modeling. Each model added contains the implementation of the conclusions from the previous model. From the initial model picture, the pockets for baby's legs can be seen and also the tightening straps. We will also work with professional mannequin of a baby as a means of research.

A multi-purpose product that holds a number of useful functions must be developed by several models. In the picture, you can see the layout drawn on the paper as part of our preparation for cutting the fabric. In addition, cells were added to be used as pillows and also reinforcement and binding strips.

Safety First! A baby product must protect it from falling and shifting, supporting its body and still minimizing friction with direct contact of cushions and soft surfaces. It is important to spread the weight of support to ease on cutting forces of the fabric through proper planning and by choosing the appropriate buckles and placing their straps at the optimal position.

In later models, we will deal with the small details of the design that create a perfect product design. We will deal with the connections, the seam lines, the folds of the pockets. Textile product design. Everything is possible in graphics printed on a textile product. We will examine options of different fabrics that give different character and strength. The textile product has the ability to appear in an entirely different nature from time to time. In the picture you can see our exact color dictated by us to the manufacturer.

Planning a more detailed model of the product. The product can now support the baby and receive weights and sports comfortable pockets. The model folds impeccably and is convenient to use and to carry. Changes were also doneto the layout of the product, so it is very convenient to fold now. The product has arrived from the production line to the studio for a series of tests, including a quality test for sections and graphics.
